Ingredients
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce *
3 Tbsp Olive Oil *
3 Tbsp Vinegar * (we use cider vinegar)
3 - 4 green onions chopped
2 - 4 garlic cloves minced
1-2 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning
Korean BBQ Bulgogi Sauce (1/2 Cup) can be Substituted for the * first 3 ingredients
Preparation
1) Place all ingredients in a zip top bag and marinate chicken a few hours or overnight.
2) Before grilling, I like to partially bake chicken about 20 mins or so.
3) Grill Chicken on hot grill and brush with marinade while grilling. Be sure to dispose of any leftover uncooked marinade - I usually use mine all up on the chicken while grilling.
Grill the chicken to your charred preference.
Great with Rice, Noodles, Grilled Veggies
