About the Recipe
This super easy and totally flavorful recipe is sure to knock your socks off! So creamy and yummy and perfect as a side dish to baked chicken or porkchops. Honestly, this recipe can't get much easier!
*We recommend letting this sit for a while before enjoying. We usually make it the night before we want it so that it can develop it's flavor overnight in the fridge.
3 15oz cans Kidney Beans, drained & rinsed
1 small Onion, finely diced
1 cup celery, finely diced
3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
16oz Buttermilk Ranch dressing
2 tsp Fresh Parsley
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate and let sit at least 1 hour before serving, preferably longer.
Server chilled with a light sprinkle of paprika on top.
